Bibby International Services was established in 1986 to provide the Bibby Line Fleet with marine personnel management from an offshore perspective. Our objective was to provide a quality assured, cost-effective crewing and management service. Additional clients followed, attracted by the company’s personalised approach, and the company grew in stature accordingly.
Crew Management Solution
Today, we provide a comprehensive crew management solution to the international marine industry. This is achieved by working closely with our associate companies, which include Bibby International Services Philippines Inc and Bibby International Services (India) Private Limited. This, combined with our sub agency arrangements enables us to provide international seafarers, including, but not limited to, British, Irish, Northern European, Indian, Russian, Croatian, Polish, St Helenian, Ukrainian and Philippine Officers and Ratings.
STCW 95 Compliance
Our seafarers meet the very highest technical and operational standards. All personnel fully comply with STCW‘95 requirements and always have experience relevant to the type of tonnage to which they are appointed. Our recruitment process is dedicated to providing crews with maximum expertise and self-sustainable capability wherever possible.
